DFM Ukraine is a daughter company of the English firm Dobson Fleet Management Ltd. situated in Cyprus and providing technical management of various shipowners’ vessels, which includes ships manning as well. DFM (Cyprus) also operates branches in Ireland, Poland, Latvia and Ukraine.
